Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician AReyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to repair and maintain the tractor and trailer equipment at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling shop in San Jose. Paid time off + Holiday Pay Yearly performance raises ASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications) CDL Incentive Pay-($1.00 additionally with active license) Career advancement opportunities 401K and Company paid Life Insurance Referral bonuses and Reyes Reward program Health, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plans Tool & Boot annual payout & Paid Uniforms Great work culture and clean facilities Financial and wellness discounts and much more!!!Position Responsibilities:Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts)Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management systemDiagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicableCompletes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervisionAdhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practicesThis position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years.
