Full-Time Physical Therapist – Bartlett, IL We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized, high-quality care. We’re a 100% employee-owned team at Symbria, located at Hearthwood Senior Living in Bartlett, IL. Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs. Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Document progress and maintain productivity standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license. Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus — new grads welcome!
