We really get to know our patients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in moving health care forward?We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour clinic/practice assistant with a standard schedule of 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM; however, flexibility is required to adjust hours as needed to support team coverage, with shifts occasionally extending as late as 5:30 PM.While responsibilities include patient check-in/out and phone management, the role also involves a significant amount of other back and front office administrative support. The team consists of 4 front desk staff, 7 providers, 7 medical assistants, and 4–5 nurses, fostering a close-knit, collaborative, team-oriented environment.The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills and comfort with navigating computer systems. Candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, particularly within the service industry, are encouraged to apply.Summary:Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
