As we continue to expand, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our shared mission of driving environmental stewardship through innovative solar solutions.Position SummaryThe HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumpsDuties and ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumpsReplace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standardsInstall thermostats, controls, and related accessoriesTest system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature controlCollaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questionsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedWork closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completionRequirements and QualificationsMinimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferredAbility to read schematics and technical diagramsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move heavy equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)Commitment to SafetyAdhere to all SunnyMac, safety, and environmental policies.Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk.
