Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Boone, IA

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

If you hold a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for competitive pay, dependable freight, and a team that values your safety and success.

Requirements

1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home

Load Pay
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150
