Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Coordinator for the Stereotyping and Social Interactions Virtual Reality (SSI‑VR) Lab within the School of Arts and Sciences. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists with day-to‑day lab operations including participant recruitment, designing, running, and analyzing virtual reality experiments. Assists with data collection and analysis. Works on data‑management activities including the management of OSF spaces and creation of reports and summaries. Assists with undergraduate research assistants from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds. Maintains IRB protocols and assists with manuscript writing. Assists in planning lab events and trainings. Manages research‑related social media platforms and website updates. FLSA FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details Salary Details $20 - $25 per hour Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure.
