RETAIL DEDICATED SNAPSHOT: NEWTON, NC Tired of the OTR grind? Secure a consistent, predictable routine with our dedicated retail account based out of Newton, NC. This position is perfect for Class A drivers who want to support one of the nation's largest retailers while ensuring they are home every single week for their 34-hour reset. THE PAYCHECK • Weekly Average: $1,000 – $1,200 Gross • Annual Security: Reliable year-round freight with a major retail partner • Freight Status: 100% No-Touch Freight • Driver Type: Full-time Company Driver • Orientation: Fully paid regional orientation provided THE SCHEDULE & GEOGRAPHY • Home Time: Home Weekly (Consistent 34-hour reset) • Regional Footprint: Primarily servicing North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee • Consistency: Same customer, same routes, same expectations every week • Origin: All lanes centralized around the Newton, NC distribution hub BENEFITS & EQUIPMENT • Modern Rigs: Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths • Medical Coverage: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days • Retirement: 401(k) plan with a company match up to 5% • Paid Time Off: Earned vacation time based on length of service • Assistance: 24/7 dedicated account management and dispatch support WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY • Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) • Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience • Ability to operate within the NC/SC/TN regional cluster • Professional attitude for a customer-facing dedicated account
