Due to the sheer amount of no-show interviews we will be reporting anyone that doest show to the TWC.

Rhythm & Brews is a coffee shop in the Fair Oaks Ranch area searching for engaging, experienced Baristas, passionate about experience of coffee beverages, providing excellent service, and being an inspiring bright spot in the days of our customers. Our baristas will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, prepare and serve drinks, maintain a clean and well-stocked space and constantly work towards expanding their knowledge of specialty coffee. Rhythm & Brews is located inside of a guitar shop so expect a fast paced environment!

Barista Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
• Preparing specialty coffee drinks of the highest quality, as well as teas and other beverages
• Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and clearly communicate product information to customers
• Packaging food and beverages for sale
• Selling retail coffee
• Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage recipes, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers
• Working as part of an enthusiastic, fun, high-energy team
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Assisting in seasonal and new offeringsManaging a small team of baristas
• Performing interviews for potential baristas
• Scheduling appropriately according to shop needs

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
· Exceptional listening and communication skills
· Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
· Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week, around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
· An outgoing, polite, engaging personality
· Attention to detail and excellent follow through
· Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
· Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
