End Date: 11/25/2026
Shift: Night shift (typically 12 hours)
Hours/week: 36-40 hours
Employment Type: Temporary
Licensure/Certs: Valid RN license in Texas
Experience: 2+ years in neonatal or ICU settings preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Monitor and record patient responses to interventions
- Assist with invasive procedures and emergency care as needed
- Educate families on neonatal care and discharge procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Texas
- 2+ years of NICU or related ICU experience
- BLS certification
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Neonatal resuscitation certification (NRP)
- Experience with ventilators and neonatal life support equipment
