Job Summary:
Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery team providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a full-time permanent night shift role. This opportunity offers competitive pay, relocation assistance, career growth, and excellent benefits.
Position Details
- Location: Liberal, Kansas
- Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday
- Starting Pay:
- ADN RN: Starting at $27.75/hr + experience
- BSN RN: Starting at $29.25/hr + experience
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, nursery, and newborn patients.
- Monitor mothers and babies throughout labor, delivery, and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Float to other units when required.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Fetal Monitoring Certification (may be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred
