Figma no more sketch in two weeks
Mobile experience
Background with banks who can deal with complicated things and make it simple for ADP
Deal with other languages like insurance and banking that would be great
Will start using Jira a lot more
3+ years
Web mobile experience
Day to day:
Meetings with teammates, product person, developers, scrum meetings
Brainstorming type stuff
Working with other designers
Sketches presented weekly for feedback
Some experience with research or familiarity
Insurance within the domain platform
Payroll product
“Run”
Help with insurance to offer health insurance to employees and retirement
Running payroll and hire a temp employer, reach out and say “insurance is something you are interested in now you are a decent size, let’s walk you through that” person would be working on that part of it
Signing up and ensuring they have the correct insurance for their employees
Mobile or Web
What are the must haves?
Figma
What are the nice to haves?
Jira
Uber, Airbnb, Banking or Insurance industry exp preferred but open to other industries
