What You'll Do Perform comprehensive resident assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs Maintain accurate electronic documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License Current CPR Certification (Preferred) Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply!
