Part Time Retail Associate Customer Service and Mail Sorting

Location: 4830 Wilson Rd, Ste 300, Humble, TX 77396 Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? PostNet in Humble is seeking a part-time team member who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and supporting local businesses. Schedule This is a part-time position with rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, averaging 16 to 24 hours per week. What We’re Looking For We're seeking someone with a strong service mindset and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do. Preferred Qualifications Experience: In sales or customer service roles Technical Skills: Comfortable using Adobe Pro and Photoshop License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders What Success Looks Like You're on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs You communicate clearly and professionally—whether it’s in person, over the phone, or by email You take initiative, follow through, and thrive in a team environment Benefits Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Competitive salary Bonus based on performance Why PostNet?
