Alamo Coffee Company is looking for a General Manager to lead our Round Rock location. We’re looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused leader who takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience, building a strong team, and running a successful coffee shop. This is more than a scheduling or shift-management position. Our General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, culture, and day-to-day success of the store and will play an important role in continuing to grow the Alamo Coffee Company brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the daily operations of the Round Rock location
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a strong team
• Build and maintain a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent product quality
• Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing needs
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key store metrics
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee ordering
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards
• Implement and maintain company SOPs and procedures
• Hold team members accountable to company expectations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Communicate regularly with ownership and leadership
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and strengthen profitability
• Lead by example and work alongside the team when needed

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Valid Texas Food Manager Certification
• Valid TABC Certification
• Must be willing to maintain all required certifications throughout employment

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build something—not simply clock in and manage a shift.

COMPENSATION
$44,000–$60,000 TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION
The $44,000–$60,000 range represents the expected total annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses. Compensation will consist of a base salary plus the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on store performance and company goals. The exact base salary and bonus opportunity will be determined based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and overall fit for the position.
