Per Diem RN or LPN

Job Overview Part‑time Nurse (LPN or RN) position located in Rutland, MA. Pay ranges: LPN $31.00–$33.60 per hour, RN $41.00–$44.80 per hour, depending on experience and education. Flexible evening and weekend shifts are available. Responsibilities Conduct admission assessments and collect and document client health status and medical history. Administer medications and assist with initial and ongoing treatment planning. Perform oversight of the assigned caseload of individuals residing in group homes. Collaborate with treatment team members, external agencies, and guardians to support client care. Communicate client medical care and behavioral information to the treatment team, including the psychiatrist. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN or LPN license issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing. Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) in Rutland, MA. Benefits Flexible schedule to accommodate full‑time or part‑time status.
