Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

K&M Tire is a family owned wholesale tire distributor serving the tire and automotive dealers of the Southeast since 1985. We distribute tires through out North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. We have locations in: Hickory NC Raleigh NC Greenville NC Richmond VA Walterboro SC K&M Tire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative for our Hickory, North Carolina location. This position plays a key role in supporting daily customer operations, growing sales within existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, professional, organized, driven to grow business, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product availability, pricing, and order placement Provide outstanding daily customer service and build long-term customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Support sales growth through proactive account management and relationship development Monitor customer buying trends and communicate opportunities Visit customer locations periodically to strengthen relationships and support business growth Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Serve as a translator for our Spanish speaking customers Qualifications Bilingual, speak fluent English and Spanish Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems Valid driver's license Experience in the tire, automotive, or distribution industry is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience and applicable skill) Stable, family-oriented work environment Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401k match 3% (after 1 year) Full-time position with consistent schedule Paid Time-Off (PTO) Paid Holidays (6) If you are motivated, dependable, and enjoy building customer relationships while helping grow business, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
