Hybrid Work Schedule & Compensation Hybrid work model: Work From Home: Monday & Thursday In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Compensation Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience, plus incentives. Incentives estimated at 10-15% of base, pending performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit and source a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary roles Utilize multiple recruiting channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and job fairs Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client partners Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the hiring process Consistently meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics Maintain accurate documentation and workflow activity within the ATS #J-18808-Ljbffr
