Estate Planning Service Coordinator

Job Summary Estate Planning Service Coordinator works within the Estate Planning team at Mercer Advisors and is responsible for supporting estate planning strategists, Estate Planning Service Specialists, and clients throughout the estate planning process. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication skills. Essential Job Functions Drafting various correspondence to wealth management teams and clients Following best practices for group, client, and advisor interaction Liaising with other groups and wealth management teams to ensure an exceptional client‑advisor experience Building out and updating training materials and providing training to Estate Planning Service Specialists General administrative tasks and other duties as needed Supporting estate planning strategist teams throughout the estate planning process; including administering calendar management for a strategist and ensuring document completion Maintaining client files and updating case management systems Acting as a liaison with estate planning specialists, wealth management teams, and clients Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent Some experience in a legal setting, law firm or in‑house is preferred Outstanding work ethic with a self‑starter attitude, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time Outstanding communication and organizational skills Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook Ability to maintain confidentiality with all matters Positive, can‑do attitude and enjoyment of teamwork Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a busy environment Work Schedule This professional role requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At times, the role may require early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. Working Conditions The position may be performed in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace that is free of interruptions. The workplace will provide basic technology needs. The role involves routine sitting and standing for periods of time and does not require heavy lifting over 10 lbs. Base Pay Range $25,000 – $30,000 per year.
