Ricoh Press Operator (Screen Department) Pay Rate and Hours:

• $15.00 per hour, 40+ hours per week
• Training hours: 9:30 am – 2:00 pm (until fully trained)
• Then: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm or later
• Temporary assignment, approximately 3–4 weeks, possibility of temp to hire

Ricoh Press Operator (Screen Department) Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Ricoh press consistently for the full length of the assignment
• Maintain the same schedule daily to ensure continuity on the machine
• Work mostly unattended with minimal supervision once fully trained
• Transition from day-shift training to evening production hours

Ricoh Press Operator (Screen Department) Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance and reliability — must report to work every scheduled day without exception
• Fully committed to completing the entire 3–4 week assignment
• Computer skills and file handling
• General knowledge of commercial office printers
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated; comfortable working mostly unattended
