Pediatrician

100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $315,000 Base Salary - Rural Southern California Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with loan repayment available Pediatric residency training required. BC/BE required American Board of Pediatrics. Permanent position only no locums. Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future. 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day. Base salary is guaranteed with quarterly production incentives. Monday Friday work schedule. Hours are 8 am 5 pm with one hour for lunch. Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
