Eagle Crest Communities: Eagle Crest South I (La Crosse, WI) Resident Care Assistant Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Full-Time: 64-80 hours per 2 week pay period Full-Time with 12 hour shifts Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off! Limited Full-Time AM Openings AM: 7:00am-11:00am | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am–1:00pm | 7:00am–2:00pm PM: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 3:00pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am | 11:00pm-10:30am What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks. Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being. What You’ll Need Previous direct care experience, preferred Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred CBRF Certification, preferred Our Wages Our starting wages are between $18.00-$20.00 per hour for Assisted Living and $19.00-$23.00 for High Acuity Assisted Living or Memory Care, based on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay, if applicable. We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually. Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
