Warehouse Distribution Clerk - Cincinnati, OH
* Location: West Chester Township, OH
* Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* Pay: $18.70/hour


Overview
Adecco is hiring Distribution Clerks to join a dependable and team-focused warehouse operation in Cincinnati. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience looking for a consistent first-shift schedule and long-term stability.
This role primarily focuses on picking and packing orders , with occasional use of a stand-up forklift .


Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and stock inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Utilize basic computer systems (Excel, Outlook)
• Operate a stand-up forklift on a limited basis (less than 10% of the role)
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Outlook)
• Forklift certification

Forklift & Safety Compliance

• Stand-up Forklift: Must have Used within past 2 years (Less than 10% of the role)
• Certification Status: Must have PIT/Forklift Card Holder or have you been certified within the past 12 months through OSHA Trainer
• Licensing: Must have a Driver's License?
• Safety Training: OSHA Required, HAZMAT preferred
• Steel-toe footwear is required
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality

Work Environment & Requirements

• Light industrial warehouse setting
• Frequent picking/packing duties
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Forklift use is occasional (once or twice per week)
