Business Analyst

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences while driving clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience with automated testing methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with Playwright for test automation and quality assurance
• Experience working within Azure DevOps or similar DevOps environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
• Prior experience within the financial services, banking, or treasury-related sector
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams while driving project objectives forward


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with a state agency, government entity, or public sector organization
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex, highly regulated environments
