Intensive Home-Based Clinician: Family-Focused Therapy

Blue Kite Wellness is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Clinician to support children, youth, and families in the Illinois Pathways to Success program. The role provides short-term, assessment-informed interventions in clients’ homes and communities, with telehealth when allowed. You will use MAP-based approaches and collaborate with Care Coordinators, family teams, and schools to improve safety, family functioning, and symptom reduction.
