Job Title: Field Marketing/Business Planning Analyst II

Location: 1701 E Mossy Oaks Rd, Spring TX 77389
Duration: Contract - 11 months
Pay Range: $27/hr - $28.31/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in demand generation, program execution, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment and a proven ability to design, execute, and measure integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and ROI .

Responsibilities:

• Program Execution and Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales, corporate marketing, solutions marketing, and technical experts to build and run multi-channel campaigns and demand strategies.
• Event Management: Lead project management, execution, and follow-up for custom customer events, strategic tradeshows, and executive roundtables.
• Stakeholder and Partner Alignment: Build strong relationships across sales, marketing, product, and channel to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement and Communications: Maintain a regular communication cadence, including content development, database management, and lead tracking.
• Budget Management: Manage Opex budgets with accurate tracking, allocation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technology field marketing or demand generation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis with the ability to track performance, measure campaign ROI, and optimize investments.
• Proven success partnering with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to co-develop and execute marketing plans.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage shifting priorities and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strength in strategic marketing planning, analytical problem-solving, and tactical execution.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SLED markets (State, Local, and Education).
• Graphics design knowledge.
