HVAC Mechanic

HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc. , 2100 Wescott Drive , Flemington , NJ Full-time M-F 7am-3:30pm , All Shifts Hiring Range: $30.29 - $37.86 Hourly Position Summary To maintain and repair all heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment throughout the facility. Primary Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain environmental systems throughout the hospital. Repair and maintain all refrigerators and freezers throughout the facility. Monitor building automation system and respond to requests for changes and alarms. Repair all chilled water, hot water, and steam lines servicing all environmental equipment. Make repairs based on work orders generated from dispatch according to priority. Advise Supervisor of parts/stock needed in order to make necessary repairs. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent 5 years of Commercial HVAC experience Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a minimum of three (3) years driving experience. Air distribution systems, preheat & reheat systems, control systems, strong mechanical background.
