Responsibilities

Accompany clients to appointments and social outings as needed Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation. Get to know each individual beyond their diagnosis or conditions. Assist clients in their homes with daily tasks (grooming, toileting and cleanup, dressing, meal prep, med reminders, showering etc.) Protect clients’ physical safety and general well-being

-TB Test (2 step PPD/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work)
