What You’ll Do Review and process medical claims with accuracy and efficiency by applying policy guidelines and managing secondary claim reviews. Conduct research, review correspondence, and communicate effectively to expedite claim issue resolution and payment. Maintain performance levels that meet or exceed established timelines and accuracy benchmarks in day‑to‑day activities. Job-Specific Requirements Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA. Competent in computer operations, able to switch between multiple screens/applications while maintaining focus. Strong written communication style with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. High degree of accuracy and keen eye for detail. Customer-focused and service oriented to achieve timely and accurate performance benchmarks.
