Operating with a collaborative, tight-knit team, the company delivers both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M to $20M, with a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients and negotiated contracts.

Job Description

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee ground-up medical facilities and complex renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams
• Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, RFIs, and submittals
• Travel periodically throughout the Southeast to support project delivery

The Successful Applicant

• Experience managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
• Proficient with Procore and construction document management
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Based in or willing to commute to the Tampa, FL area

What's On Offer

• $120,000-$130,000 base salary
• Annual performance bonus (typically around $15,000)
