GenAI Product Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate GenAI Product Manager to lead our efforts in bringing innovative AI solutions to market. Responsibilities: Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for GenAI-driven solutions, with a focus on products leveraging Agentic AI and LLM technologies . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, research, and business development) to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Work with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers to design, develop, and launch cutting-edge AI products. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research, MVP development, and scaling of AI-powered products. Translate complex technical concepts and research into compelling product features that address customer needs. Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements, trends, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to incorporate the latest technologies into our products. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and market demands. Monitor product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and product iteration. Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, with at least 1 year focused on AI-driven products, preferably in a startup environment. Prior experience as a Data Scientist or strong technical background in AI/ML is a significant plus. Experience working with Agentic AI Frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Deep understanding of AI/ML development processes , lifecycle, and integration into customer-facing products. Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and data scientists on highly technical products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for AI technology and innovation. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad audience. Experience with user-centered design and product discovery methodologies .
