  Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (Seasonal)

• Pay Rate: $23.75 per hour for prime van 

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

  Job Profile – Delivery Associate

As a delivery driver with   KRP Transport LLC , you'll use an commercial van to deliver 250–350 packages per day . Packages can weigh up to 50 lbs , and the role requires frequent stepping in and out of the vehicle, making this a physically active position.

  Schedule

• Full-Time (Seasonal): 4–5 days/week | Up to 10 hours/day

  • Schedule Options: Sunday–Wednesday, Wednesday–Saturday

• Shift Timing: Approximately 10:30  AM – 8:30 PM (Upto 8 - 10 Hours)

• Weekend Requirement: At least  one shift on either Saturday or Sunday is mandatory

• Note: Your final shift timing will be confirmed by a dispatcher or operations manager. Shifts conclude once you're cleared to return to the station.

• Safely operate a commercial delivery van

• Deliver packages efficiently and accurately

• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout your shift

• Comply with uniform and dress code guidelines

• Must be  eligible to work in the U.S.

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Must pass a  background check and  pre-employment drug test  

• Physically capable of walking, lifting, and carrying packages (up to 50 lbs)

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

  Onboarding Process

We’ll send you a link to start onboarding and download the Amazon Flex app. You’ll be asked to upload:

• A clear photo of your  driver’s license

• A  profile picture

• Other  personal information as prompted

  Required Documents

Once your license is verified in Amazon Flex, you’ll receive:

• Background Check Notification  

• Drug Test Appointment , scheduled at no cost to you

  Training

You’ll undergo one  day of paid in-classroom training and  one day of on-the-road training on  . Details will be emailed to you. You must check in upon arrival and notify us when your training is complete.

  Communication Notice

You must be willing to  receive text messages from company managers or authorized staff regarding your schedule, performance, and other job-related matters on your personal cell phone.

Paycom  (Direct Deposit):

After completing the initial onboarding on Amazon Flex, you’ll receive an invitation to set up your  paycom Profile including Direct Deposit. This must be completed before your first day of training; otherwise, you won’t be able to attend the training. Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
