About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Treasury Management to take on a newly created leadership role with a focus on global cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily treasury operations, managing cash, credit facilities, and short-term investments to optimize capital and minimize interest expenses. This role also involves designing and implementing a Treasury Management System, managing banking and merchant processing relationships, and partnering with various internal departments on cash management and financial planning. The SVP will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining treasury policies, evaluating financial risks, and providing strategic analysis related to debt, financing, and capital structure. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in corporate treasury or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and capital optimization, as well as experience in building and developing treasury teams. Strong skills in designing and implementing treasury management systems, and a deep understanding of financial risks and their management, are essential for this position. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial leadership and support the company's growth and expansion.
