Administrator Support Specialist
Technology Consulting, Inc.
TCI is seeking two (2) Administrator Support Specialists to support our client's growing Account Management team. This position plays a critical role in helping manage client projects, coordinating internal communication, and ensuring jobs move efficiently through production.
Ideal candidates are someone who is dependable, proactive, and has strong communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client projects and administrative tasks
- Enter and manage job information accurately within internal systems
- Coordinate project details between departments including production, data processing, shipping, and billing
- Review job specifications and assist with quality control checks
- Communicate timelines, updates, and project information internally
- Organize files, proofs, spreadsheets, and client documentation
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and follow up on active projects
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Provide professional customer service support when needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communication skills - Excellent written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
DESIRED (Nice-to-have) SKILLS:
- Previous administrative, customer service, project coordination, or print/direct mail experience is a plus
