Salary: Up to $115,000/year
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Senior Estimator for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on estimating glazing and building envelope projects, including material take-offs, budgeting, vendor pricing, and bid preparation.
Responsibilities:- Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope
- Prepare quantity take-offs and complete project estimates
- Solicit pricing from vendors and suppliers
- Develop labor, material, and equipment budgets
- Support project handoff meetings with operations teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Mentor junior estimators and support team development
- 5+ years of estimating experience in glazing or building envelope construction
- Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor scopes
- Experience with Bluebeam and estimating software
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
