Remote Population Health Pharmacy Tech Specialist I

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Population Health Pharmacy team. This full-time, fully remote position supports the Enterprise Pharmacy department with patient-centered service and accurate record-keeping from a home office.

Responsibilities include handling area-specific workflows, operating pharmacy technology, and collaborating with care teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Requires NC licensure and CPhT/ExCPT certification, with a 40-hour week and EST hours.
