WHAT YOU WILL DO Meet with clients to understand their products, business objectives, challenges, and sales goals. Identify target customer groups and niche audiences that are most likely to purchase each client's products. Develop practical marketing plans tailored to each client's products, resources, and level of business experience. Research customer interests, behavior, purchasing habits, market trends, and competitor activity. Recommend effective ways to present products, promotions, and special offers to specific audiences. Develop strategies for reaching customers through local outreach, social media, online marketplaces, and other digital channels. Review client progress and sales performance, refine strategies, and document successful tactics, challenges, and lessons learned. Help develop repeatable marketing plan models that can support different e-commerce businesses.
