Senior Tax Counsel, VP - Global Fund Structuring & Strategy
Goldman Sachs
Goldman Sachs is seeking a senior tax professional in New York to provide strategic tax coverage for its External Investing Group (XIG), focusing on fund structuring and investor negotiations. Responsibilities include advising on tax-efficient exit strategies and managing tax risk across private markets activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate or advanced accounting degree and 10-15+ years of relevant tax experience. Expertise in partnership taxation and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly to stakeholders is essential.
