Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously observe and assess patients' cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and overall condition.
• Administer medications, manage intravenous therapies, and provide high-quality, individualized patient care.
• Analyze cardiac data to identify potential issues and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Inform patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and recovery strategies.
• Accurately record patient data, care interventions, and responses to ensure comprehensive care.
• Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies, utilizing advanced life support techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact license.
• Prior experience in cardiac or ICU nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities, with a focus on managing complex cardiac conditions.
