Join a fast-paced, hands-on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth.Responsibilities and QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Product KnowledgeProvide service to customers entering the warehouse.Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.Warehouse Operations & MaintenancePerform minor building maintenance when necessary.Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.Allocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouse.Maintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids/pallets, etc.Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.SafetyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Follow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.Use proper lifting techniques.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing.TrainingsAttend and participate in all required company training programs.Physical RequirementsFrequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation.Occasional operation of forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.MiscellaneousSupport our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers.Conform to all company policies and procedures, and OSHA standards.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBuilding supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training.Compensation and BenefitsReports To Branch ManagerCompensation The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
