Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Miami, FL (onsite) role for an in-house content and social media producer focused on growing Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for Lavish Laser Medspa. Responsibilities Manage and grow Instagram , TikTok , and other social media channels for Lavish Laser Medspa Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Produce, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and videos Stay current on social media trends , emerging formats, and content strategies Develop creative concepts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement Monitor content performance and pinpoint opportunities to improve results Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos featuring treatments, providers, client experiences, events , and promotional campaigns Capture professional video using cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment Edit short-form social videos and longer-form promotional content Integrate music, transitions, captions, graphics, and other visual elements into finished videos Organize and manage raw footage and media assets for future use Design on-brand graphics for social media, promotions, and marketing campaigns Create flyers, event invitations, promotional materials , and digital advertisements Maintain visual consistency aligned with Lavish’s luxury brand identity Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva , or similar tools to produce content Support creative asset development for email marketing , website updates , and special events Capture photography and video across medspa locations in South Florida (regular on-site visits) Photograph treatments, products, interiors, providers, and special events Coordinate with staff to plan and execute content shoots Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment demonstrations, and educational videos Identify spontaneous content opportunities during the workday Work closely with leadership and regularly visit locations to capture content, develop campaigns, and implement creative ideas Requirements Previous experience in social media content creation , video production , or digital media Strong video editing skills using professional desktop editing software Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , or Canva Ability to shoot high-quality photography and video Strong understanding of Instagram , TikTok , Reels , and current social media trends Excellent creative judgment, visual storytelling, and attention to detail Ability to independently manage projects from concept through final production Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Ability to work in person and travel between South Florida locations Portfolio or examples of previous creative work required Technologies Instagram, TikTok, Reels Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Canva Adobe After Effects, After Effects Preferred Experience creating content for beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, wellness, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands Familiarity with medical spa treatments and aesthetic services Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipmentExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking Experience developing brand campaigns and promotional marketing materials Pay $45,000.00 - $62,100.00 per year Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
