An Automotive Service Manager manages the Repair Shop and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers. Service Managers are a pivotal role in the Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair company. They are expected to increase gross shop sales and profits. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center
• Ensure that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and

professional manner

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage and train a team of service technicians and support staff
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
• Perform quality control inspections of repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records and reports on service center operations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Pay is Base + Commissions tied to enhanced customer engagement trackable by car count, average repair order and customer satisfaction. Initial Schedule is 6 days a week Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 5:30 pm Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm This position is great for Service Managers with:

• Experience in Independent Repair shops
• Strong background in automotive service and repairs
• Computer literacy is required
• Proven Track Record in Sales
• Service Writing Experience
• People Management Experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repairs - Proven track record in sales and people management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs - Valid driver's license and clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits:
