A Sales Associate is responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts after the initial sale, often focusing on building relationships, upselling, and cross-selling. They are the primary point of contact for their assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving additional business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels are high.

• Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.

• Sales Growth:

• Drive new business from existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewal efforts.

• Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Reporting:

• Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts.

• Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Team Work:

• Ability to work with and as a team.

Requirements

Must be willing to work in Mount Airy or Winston Salem as business needs require.
