Transit Supervisor

As a Transit Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate the flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and safety of loading and unloading operations. Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound transport flows. Ensure loading and unloading activities run safely and according to plan. Manage and check all documentation (CMR, packing lists, customs papers, …). Communicate closely with Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service and Quality. Lead and motivate your team to create an efficient and accurate flow. Step onto the floor yourself when needed — you’re not afraid to get hands‑on. Make sure that everything entering or leaving the site is accurate, complete and on time. Qualifications Experience in logistics, preferably within a 3PL environment. Affinity with transport handling and understanding of its role in the full supply chain. Strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Clear communicator who connects with different departments. Natural leadership qualities. Willingness to support operational tasks on the floor. Ability to thrive in the dynamic world between transport and warehouse, valuing structure but adapting to changes.
