Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy sessions and consultations from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. As part of our telehealth service, you will utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, ensuring efficient communication and case management. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive mental health assessments that include evaluating co-occurring medical conditions impacting mental well-being.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate psychiatric interventions with physical health management.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Work closely with medical providers to facilitate coordinated care and improve treatment outcomes for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and problem-solving strategies.
  • Educate patients about the interconnections between mental and physical health, enabling them to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining thorough and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to support interdisciplinary communication and collaborative treatment planning.
  • Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in integrated care models.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders involving mental illness and physical health challenges. This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for addressing complex mental health needs in various demographic groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant clinical software.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling settings is a plus.
  • Skills in utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
