Position : Enterprise Data Architect

Location : Harrisburg, PA

Work Mode : Hybrid 1 day/week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Office : 607 South Drive, Forum Building, 5th Floor, Harrisburg

Interview : Hiring Manager Screening Virtual Interview with 2 panel members Final In-Person Interview

Must-Have Skills

10+ years in Data Architecture / Information Architecture / Enterprise Architecture
8+ years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Database Design & Data Modeling
Experience with Data Warehouses / Data Marts
Experience with MDM (Master Data Management)
5+ years with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB
Strong experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform cloud data platforms
Data Security, Privacy & Regulatory Compliance
Data Quality initiatives and tools
Metadata, Data Lineage, Data Catalog & Data Governance
Experience with large-scale Modernization / Digital Transformation
Enterprise Data Products and reusable data models
API-first / Data integration architecture
AI enablement, Semantic Layers or Knowledge Graphs is a plus

Responsibilities

Define enterprise conceptual and logical data models.
Build reusable enterprise data products and standards.
Support modernization and data migration initiatives.
Establish data governance, quality, metadata and lineage standards.
Work with cloud, engineering and data teams on technical designs.
Ensure data is secure, governed and ready for future AI/analytics use cases.
Collaborate with multiple business domains and stakeholders.

Preferred Industry : Public Sector, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
