SDR Manager - Lead High-Impact US Pipeline

Job Talent is seeking a results-driven SDR Manager to lead our US SDR team and accelerate commercial growth. You will own the outbound strategy, coach a team of SDRs, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Reporting to sales leadership, you will define metrics, optimize processes, and collaborate with Marketing and National/Regional Directors to align campaigns and handoffs.
