Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, monitoring, and documentation Evaluate patient symptoms, reactions, and progress Develop and follow nursing care plans within state scope of practice and provider orders Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines Support continuity of care and established treatment plans Respond to medical concerns, emergencies, and routine clinical needs using sound judgment Qualifications All applicants are subject to drug screening and facility security clearance.
