Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, plans and provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients. Carries out nursing care plans and comprehensive treatment plans for patients on assigned wards. Prepares and maintains documentation involved in the administration of medications and patient treatment. Oversees the work of Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Aides in the performance of direct patient care. Attends and participates in educational programs and required training. Participates in nursing care conferences and treatment team meetings. Other duties as assigned. The Ideal Candidate Would Have Ability to work under pressure. Analytical thinking.
