Job Description:

• Expertise as scrum master in embedded architecture, design reviews and milestone meetings, scrum master and technical lead for the partner team, ensuring sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement clarification

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage partner team tasks using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Sprint planning and tracking, task assignments and progress updates
Pull request coordination and backlog management
Serve as primary liaison between onsite and offsite teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of blockers.
Ensure adherence to agile practices, including daily scrums, sprint reviews, and code quality standards.
Participate in design reviews and milestone meetings (PRR, CDR, PDR, DDR, DVR, PVR) as required.
Maintain team continuity and knowledge transfer, minimizing disruptions due to personnel changes.
Act as scrum master and technical lead for the partner team, ensuring sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement clarification.
Coordinate with Waygate’s internal technical leads to align on architecture, design decisions, and development priorities.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in Linux-based embedded UI development and architecture design.
