Practice Info * 15 - 20 patients per day in adult-only primary care practice * Full support staff including nurses and resource specialists * Integrated behavioral health model reduces provider burnout Compensation * Annual salary: $200,000 - $225,000 * Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay Shift & Schedule * Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with one evening per week * 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home) * Call schedule only 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support Requirements * Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine * Open to visa sponsorship
